6.2 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

6.4 A handling fee of up to INR 100 per item may be applicable for returns, and reverse shipping charges may apply.
6.5 Damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing videos and photographs.

7.2 Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days.
